Tata Sierra is making its launch on 25 November with 1990s nostalgia and modern tech. Tata first revealed its concept in 2020 and showed prototype in the 2023. This has matching measurements to the Hyundai Creta. Sierra is about 4.3m long with cliff-face front, short overhangs, and vertical tail.

The thick B-pillars at rear glass gives it a retro look. Full-width LED light bar, pop-out handles, two-tone 19-inch wheels, and squared tail lights complete the rugged look.

The Sierra EV features distinct nose badging, while ICE models stick to front-wheel drive with terrain modes.

Teasers unveil a standout triple-screen setup: digital dials, central infotainment, and passenger display (like Mahindra XEV 9E), supporting apps and hoping for privacy filters.

Shared Tata elements include a four-spoke illuminated steering wheel, Range Rover-style shifter, and touch-toggle climate controls in a minimalist beige-black dash with silver accents.

Cream-beige seats may challenge practicality in India, but the two-row layout offers bolstered rears with three headrests, sunshades, and panoramic sunroof.

Top trims add powered driver seat, ventilated fronts, digital rearview mirror, 360° camera, dual-zone AC, and powered tailgate.

Expected Engine

Tata will debut its own 1.5L turbo petrol engine with horsepower of 170 and pull power of 280Nm. Also there will be a naturally aspirated variant for lower models which will produce 120 horse power and 140Nm torque. On top of that you have the choice to get 1.5L diesel engine with 118hp and 260Nm of torque. These all will come in Front Wheel Drive system with 6-speed manuals and automatics (likely DCT).
